Shipping
All items that are in stock will be shipped within 1 to 2 working days.
- Shipping cost: Calculating your shipping cost is simple -- 2 GBPs for the first item and 1 GBP for any additional item, no matter where you live.
- UK buyers: All items are shipped by Royal mail 1st class recorded service (trackable). When you buy multiple items in single transaction and the combined value exceeds 40 GBPs, items will be shipped by Royal mail special delivery(insured and trackable) at no extra cost.
- International buyers: All items are shipped by Royal mail Air mail service, uninsured and untrackable. When you buy multiple items in single transaction and the combined value exceeds 60 GBPs(80Euros or 120 USDs), items will be shipped by Royal mail Airsure service (insured and trackable) at no extra cost.
Return Policy
We accept return of items within 7 days of reception date. Buyers can request an exchange or a refund(Package & Postage are not refundable). Buyers must use the original packaging material and pay for the return shipping cost. Certain items (such as semiconductor components, microcontroller and electronic kits) are not refundable.
